The Insight Online module is a live, real time booking system unlike our competitors who claim to have “online booking” but deliver a system that simply notifies you of a “request” for an appointment at a specific time. These “request” based systems make your clients think they are getting the time they asked for when it is often already booked with someone else. The end result is upset clients and even more time spent on the phone than without their “online” solution.
Using Insight Online, your clients will log in, select a service or services and a qualified employee, choose a date range to search for and then select from a list of available times when their services can be booked. Once they choose the time they want, the time slot is reserved for them and the appointment immediately appears on the appointment screen in your Insight program. All online bookings will initially appear as a “pending online appointment.” Insight will notify you that an appointment was booked online and you can click one button to view the “pending” booking and either accept it or contact the client to make a change if necessary.
Even with such a powerful time saving feature, we still went to great lengths to make sure that you have total control over how it works. You can be as flexible or as rigid as you want to make sure that Insight Online saves you the most time possible while giving your clients an easy, reliable method of booking even after normal business hours. With Insight Online you can choose which clients can book online, if clients who are not yet in your database can book online, and even which services can be booked online (and which need to be booked over the phone.) You maintain total control over the entire process.

They can now log in to Insight Online and view future appointments, look up past services (which employee did they see), view past purchases, view gift card balances, and check the balance on any series or tanning package as well as account balances and loyalty points. They can see your hours of operation, contact information and can even update their own personal information, contact preferences and passwords.
