Insight Telephone/Web Training
Proper training can be a vital tool in ensuring that you and your staff fully understand all of the features in the Insight software. Our telephone/web based training sessions are billed at $75.00 per hour so you can purchase as much or as little as you feel you will need. Training sessions go much quicker if you are working on a computer with high speed internet as our training experts can "show" you how to set up Insight on your own computer. Training sessions must be booked by appointment in advance.

Insight On-Site Training
On-Site installation, setup and training are available for an extra cost which will depend on where you are located. If you fall within the sales region for one of our authorized resellers then we will have that trainer contact you to further discuss your training needs. If there are no authorized trainers available in your area, we can arrange for a certified Insight trainer to travel to your location. In this case, their time is billed at $600.00 per 8-hour day plus $250.00 per day (to cover meals and accommodation) plus travel expenses. Please contact your sales rep for more information on the availability of training in your area.

All prices quoted above are in US Dollars. All training fees must be paid for in full in advance. Missing a scheduled training session will result in the loss of one hour of that session.
