Remind Clients to Book Appointments

Your clients are busy and often juggle a heavy schedule. As they leave your salon, they may not know their future availability when you ask them to book their next appointment. Send a quick thank you via SMS the day after they come in and remind them to check their calendar and book soon. If you don’t hear from them in the next few weeks, you can send another text message without seeming too aggressive.

Reduce No Shows

Clients not showing up for their appointments can be costly for a salon or spa as they create a gap in your schedule that is difficult to fill.
