How to track edited, deleted or moved appointments

The report can be found under Reports, then Management Reports:

The main screen for the report looks like this:

  • Appointments to Include: Choose what type of appointment changes to select. If you are missing appointments it’s best to pick all 3 options.
  • Employees to Include: Narrow the list of appointments down by the employee the appointments were booked with.
  • Clients to Include: See only a certain client’s appointments.
  • Date Range Type: Search by the date you think the appointment was edited or the date you remember the appointment being booked on (either originally or after the edit).

After you set your desired date range, run the report. If you end up with no data, the parameters you set did not find any results.
